New Accounts

  • Our sales representatives open all new accounts. No exceptions.
  • A Furniture Resale license is required for all customers. No exceptions.
  • We sell to stocking dealers only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Our merchandise is not for commercial use.

Order Requirements

  • All orders require a minimum of 24 hours before shipping.
  • Minimum order amounts vary based upon location. Check with your Sales Representative or our order desk for your area’s minimums.
  • If your order is under the minimum amount, we will attempt to ship the merchandise based upon our trucking routes and schedules with no guarantees on delivery date. A standard freight charge will be applied in these situations.
  • Back Orders are not guaranteed.
  • Special Orders require a 50% deposit. No exchanges, returns, or refunds on special order merchandise.


  • All orders are COD, FOB our factory unless otherwise stated.
  • New accounts must prepay for initial orders.
  • Cash, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, Company Check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are acceptable forms of payment.
  • Vendors who request credit must fill out our credit application. Upon approval from our bank, we will forward the credit allotment to the vendor.
  • All past due invoices will be charged a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annum).
  • A $20 fee will be charged for each returned check.


  • Claims should be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • A reasonable amount of touch up is the responsibility of the vendor.
  • We will not accept any merchandise without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our service desk and original sales invoice number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • If returned merchandise is through no fault of Royola Pacific, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Any merchandise returned out of original cartons will be charged a 10% repackaging fee.
  • Without prior knowledge or agreement, we will not accept nor honor arbitrary charge back, deductions, returns, or claims from our vendors.
  • We will not be responsible for claims on merchandise after it is placed in use in the customers’ home, unless it was an original defect.
  • We will not accept claims for soiled or damaged items that have been used for display samples on the floor of dealers’ showroom.
